We regularly update our availability chart and this is located at the bottom of each resort page. If a price is shown then that accommodation is generally available for the relevant date. Payments
The easiest way to make a payment is via Paypal (you can pay using your debit or credit card without creating a Paypal account) and you can make a payment on this page. We accept the following cards:
We also accept cheques, postal orders and payments via internet banking (please ask us for the appropriate details). New Bookings - Please use the drop down boxes on each holiday park listing to select the type of accommodation, arrival date, nights and any extras. You then need to click on the "Book Now" button to check your selection and pay a £50.00 non-refundable deposit for your holiday via Paypal (you can pay using your debit or credit card without creating a Paypal account). Existing Bookings - Please use the button below to make a payment towards an existing booking via Paypal (you can pay using your debit or credit card without creating a Paypal account). Please remember to quote your booking reference when you make your payment. Please be aware that by making a payment you are stating that you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions of booking (below). You also agree to reimburse us for Paypal charges (approximately 4% of your payment amount). Booking Terms and Conditions A contract for holiday accommodation is made upon our written acceptance of your deposit and fully completed booking form; however, we reserve the right to reject any payment/reservation. Any changes to the booking details above must be communicated by letter or e-mail. Pets Pets may only be accommodated in selected caravans in Padstow, Par Sands and selected Chalets in Perranporth at a charge of £25.00 per pet per week. We ask that all dogs are kept on a lead and never left alone in accommodation. Upon departure, please clean the accommodation so that all traces/odours of your pet are removed. Occupancy You may normally occupy the accommodation from 3.00pm; we would ask that you vacate by 10.00am on your day of departure. Please inspect the accommodation upon arrival; should you be dissatisfied, please tell us within 4 hours as the lead member of your group will be wholly responsible for the accommodation after this. Please do not approach the holiday park staff as they are unable to accept any responsibility for our accommodation. The maximum number of berths must not be exceeded, and only those listed on the booking form may occupy the accommodation. Bookings are not transferrable. The accommodation allocated to you may not be the exact unit that you have seen advertised but it will be of a similar age, make and model. It will accommodate the same number of people in the same number of bedrooms and will be on the same holiday park. Please let us know if this is not acceptable. Bed Linen All our accommodation comes with duvets and pillows and some have blankets; however, we ask you to provide duvet covers, pillowcases and fitted sheets. Gas and Electricity Gas is only available at St Issey, Maribou, St Merryn, Par Sands and Snowland and this is free; please let us know if it runs out so we can remedy the situation. Electricity is supplied via a meter at Point Curlew (£1 coin meter), Perran Sands (£1 coin meter) and Snowland (Pre-paid card); electricity is free at all other holiday parks. Deposits/Payments Your booking will be confirmed, in writing, when we receive your non-refundable deposit (normally £50.00); we must receive the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay by this time will result, initially, in a £25.00 administration charge, followed, a week after the due date, by cancellation of the holiday. We do not issue payment reminders. If you use Paypal, you will reimburse us (normally this will be deducted from your security deposit) for all charges including any that relate to failed/cancelled payments. We will also need a security deposit of £50.00 per booking (this will be refunded to the payer’s bank account, normally, within 7 days of your departure); you will reimburse us for any significant breakages/damage/excess cleaning. If you leave before our “checkers” arrive, you will agree with their report on the condition of the accommodation. The accommodation must be thoroughly cleaned and left in a satisfactory condition ready for the next guests. Groups/Single Gender Bookings Some of our holiday parks will only accept bookings from couples (two people) or families; please tell us, before you book, if your group is different to this. We reserve the right to terminate your booking (without any refund) if you do not tell us. General Conduct Should a member of your holiday group disturb other guests, or cause wilful damage, we will ask you to leave with no refund payable. Please report any breakages/damage immediately so that we can remedy this as soon as is possible. Cancellations If you cancel your holiday, or it is cancelled because you have not paid in full by the due date; we will refund the following (less the initial deposit) for cancellations: 12 to 16 weeks before occupancy 100% refund 8 to 12 weeks before occupancy 50% refund less than 8 weeks before occupancy No refund We cannot accept liability/pay compensation for changes/cancellations which are beyond our control. Entertainment/Facilities Entertainment and facilities on/off site are not managed by us and are subject to availability. Par (Snowland Only) - Site Passes costing £12.00 per family of 4 (extra persons £2.50 each) for up to 14 nights (2008 prices) must be purchased.* Perranporth - Site Passes costing from £24.00 per adult or £12.50 per child per week (2008 prices) must be purchased to use site facilities. These passes must be obtained from Perran Sands directly. * Any slight annual increases in these charges will be collected prior to/on the day of arrival Insurance Insurance is not included in the price; we recommend that you invest in this; we operate a holiday insurance scheme, please ask for details. Your personal effects are not covered by our insurance during your stay, please make sure you have adequate cover for these items. Accuracy We have created this with honesty in mind; however, sometimes a facility may be unavailable; should this happen we will tell you as soon as possible. |
