Par (St Austell Bay) 
 
Par is situated in St Austell Bay with the main attraction being the beach (Par Sands) which is, at most, 10 minutes from our holiday parks. 
 
The village of Par itself has a good range of pubs and takeaways serving good food so you don't have to worry about cooking whilst you're on holiday ! 
 
St Austell is 15 minutes away and has a great range of high street shops, bars and restaurants as well as ten pin bowling, cinema and swimming pools. The Eden Project is 10 minutes away and an excellent day out; in fact, you're about an hour from most of Cornwall, making Par a good base from which to explore

Snowland Leisure Park (*) - Open March to October
 
Snowland Leisure Park is family run and offers you an indoor swimming pool, gym, bar, shop, takeaway, a small playground and there's fishing nearby for the keen angler and riding stables !  Please note that a mandatory site pass must be purchased whether you use park facilities or not.
 
Pets are not allowed in any accommodation at Snowland Leisure Park and we regret that we are only able to accommodate families and couples.
 
 
 
Bronze 6 Berth Caravans
 
 These charming older caravans are nicely furnished and sleep six in two bedrooms (one double, one twin and a double bed in the lounge). They all have colour televisions, fully equipped kitchens, showers, toilets and garden furniture. Choice of smoking/non-smoking.
 
Silver 6 Berth Caravans
 
 These well designed (larger than standard) caravans sleep six in two bedrooms (one double, one twin and a double bed in the lounge). They benefit from an open plan lounge/diner, heating throughout and patio areas with garden furniture. Choice of smoking/non-smoking.
 
Gold 6 Berth Caravans
 
 The ultimate in holiday homes which are no more than 5 years old and furnished to a high standard with "sofa style" seating in the lounge area. They will sleep six in two bedrooms (one double and one twin and a double bed in the lounge). Choice of smoking/non-smoking. 
 
Platinum 6 Berth Caravans
 
 These are the most luxurious caravans in our fleet and are very comfortable. They benefit from "sofa style" seating in the lounge area. They will sleep six in three bedrooms (one double and two twins). Sorry, no smokers.
 
Bronze 8 Berth Caravans
 
 These comfortable caravans are ideal for the larger family. They will sleep eight in three bedrooms (one double, two twins and a double bed in the lounge). They all have colour televisions, equipped kitchens, showers, toilets and garden furniture. Choice of smoking/non-smoking.
 
Silver 8 Berth Caravans
 
 These are higher grade caravans offering a very good standard of comfort. They have a comfortable lounge/dining area (TV and radio), fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and a double bed in the lounge, a good sized shower room with toilet/basin and a patio area. Par Sands Holiday Park **** - Open March to October
 
Par Sands Holiday Park is located right on Par Beach so you can almost step out of your holiday home and be right on the beach !
 
The holiday park is maintained to a very high standard and offers an indoor pool, playground, games room, laundry and shop. There are bars, restaurants and takeaways within a short walk (in Par).
 
The use of site facilities is included in your holiday price but we regret that we can only accommodate families and couples.

Star ratings are those given by the tourist office; ratings in brackets are our honest assessment where an official rating has not been given.
 
Bronze - These economy units offer good value for money and are a good base for your holiday. They are generally (in the case of caravans) over 12 years old.
 
Silver - These mid-range units offer a very comfortable standard of accommodation and are generally (in the case of caravans) no more than 12 years old.
 
Gold - These premium units offer the highest standard of accommodation and are generally (in the case of caravans) no more than 5 years old.
